Usage: The powder mixture is mixed with water and/or milk in the container. If water or milk is used at 40-45°C, a more homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is taken to the cooling section of the ice cream machine and cooled until it has the consistency of ice cream. If fruit, dried fruit or chocolate ice cream is to be made, the fruit, dried fruit or chocolate to be used is thinned in a blender, added to the mixture and cooled in the ice cream machine. Ice cream prepared at (-7) - (-8)°C is either frozen at (-40)°C or rested at (-20)°C. Rested ice cream is served at (-14) - (-16) °C.
