Place of Usage: It is used in cakes, tarts, cookies and fruits for decorative and protection purposes in the pastry industry.
Usage: 500 - 600 g of water is added to 1 kg of gel and boiled for 1-2 minutes until 90-95 °C. It is applied on the product to be used after cooling to 60 - 70 °C by spraying or with the help of a brush.
Product Features: It is completely plant-based and does not contain animal additives. It makes the product applied on it look brighter and more beautiful. Thanks to its high retention rate (permanence on the fruit), prevents darkening and spoilage of fruits by preventing contact of fruits with air. It prevents the fruits on the cake from scattering during jerky transportation operations. It provides 30% cost advantage.
